More Sundays at noon.

If you're not heading along to these, you really should be! Sundays at 12 in the Hugh lane gallery. They're a really good standard:

15th Nov: Colman Pearce - Composer - a retrospective concert celebrating his work.

22nd Nov: Concorde - Shades of Raindrops - with Judith Ring (the one and only!), Massimo Davi, Hugh Boyle, Erkki Jokinen and Sungji Hong. Most are new names to me also, but should be worth hearign some new stuff.

DEAF

Seems to be lots to see in and in the Dublin Electronic Arts Festival. Events all around dublin, lots of free talks and events. Once again, hard to know what would be good. Any ideas anyone?

From the irish times... Might be fun for music nerds like me!

Jim Carroll's blog:

"Banterowe’en: the next Banter takes place on Saturday night from 8.30pm at the Twisted Pepper (Middle Abbey St., Dublin). “90s vs 00s” will see Dublin techno kingpins Francois (repesenting the 1990s) taking on Sunil Sharpe (repping the 00s) about which decade produced the most thrilling sounds and nights out in the capital city. As always, admission is free but capacity in the room is limited so please fill out the form here to guarantee your place."
